Chef Wilson and Kunal have come together to prepare a special goat dish in three unique styles for the Field + Supply Spring MRKT at Hutton Brickyards in Kingston. In celebration of spring and fire, this dish features local Darlin’ Doe Farm goat prepared in three distinct ways:

Whole Leg, Slow-Roasted Over Open Flame - Deeply caramelized, tender, and smoky; a classic and primal delight.

Dry-Cooked Goat Curry with Caramelized Onions - Bold and rustic, made with front shoulder meat simmered with onions and warm spices until rich and concentrated.

Mustard Oil Goat Curry - Aromatic and deeply savory; spiced goat gently simmered in mustard oil, finished with a hint of brightness and heat.
The dish will be served with house-made everything bagel seasoning, flatbread, and charred seasonal vegetables.
There will be a limited supply of the dish on Saturday, May 31st, and Sunday, June 1st. We are accepting pre-orders online for both days, and it will be available from 1 PM to 4 PM.
*Please Note: Tickets for Fire + Masala do not include entry to Field + Supply - Spring MRKT; separate tickets are required.
